Dancing of the Anishinaabe

By Stan Louttit and Elaine Keillor

Welcome to Anishinaabe territory.  We occupy a wide part of North America, so it is very possible that you already live where we are.

We are going to tell you how we have travelled and how we took our music and dances along the way. Perhaps you would like to read first about the Rain Dance. If you have attended a powwow, you have probably seen the Jingle Dance that we first created.
